This is one snack I love which has zero calories. Who knew you could make popcorn at home and that too without a popcorn machine. It's that simple and easy. Ingredients: Corn kernels - 1/2 Cup Butter/Oil - 2 tbs Salt - to taste Directions: In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add the corn kernels, mix them on medium heat, till you start seeing the corn turning light in color. Meat Lasagna

Image
During my school days, I had once stumbled upon this cuisine, in a restaurant, and its taste lingered in my head. Years later after I got married, with the recipes out there on the internet, I decided to try making it at home. I have to admit, it felt like a brain drain at first, the lasagna sheets and the cheese were not only easily available here in India, it was expensive too. But with years of experimenting, I found out that you can make this dish with other alternatives and it tastes just the same and great too 😄👍 INGREDIENTS: Lasagne sheets/pasta For White sauce (béchamel sauce) Butter- 1 tbsp. Flour - 1 tbsp. Milk- 500ml Pepper powder - 2tsp Parsley- 1tsp Nutmeg powder - pinch Crushed Garlic - 1 clove Mozzarella/ Cheddar cheese(grated) - 200gms or 100gms of both Salt - to taste For Meat sauce Meat(minced) - 1/2 kg Onion - 1 med size (chopped) Garlic - 4 cloves (chopped) Basil (dried or fresh) - 1tsp Oregano (dried or fresh) - 1 tsp

Be mindful that the cream does not freeze. Take them out right before you start the process. In a bowl add some ice and keep the chilled glass bowl over it. Pour the cream into the chilled bowl and start whipping it with an electric beater or a whisk. Keep beating till it reaches to a little thick consistency and it forms a peak when you pull out the whisk. Add in the condensed milk and vanilla essence, fold it in with whipped cream. Now crush the Oreo biscuits, add into the cream, mix them and pour into

Dalgona coffee

Apparently this beverage became a viral trend during the time of social distancing of COVID- 19 pandemic 2020, where people had to stay at home and thereby got its name 'quarantine coffee' and since then it has been a challenge to make this at homes. Curious to know what is the big deal in this trend, I tried it out, usually I am not fond of cold coffee or tea, but this definitely blew my mind. So I'd definitely recommend you to try this, cause it's very easy to make. So even your kids can try. Ingredients: Coffee powder- 1 tsp Sugar- 1 tsp Hot water- 1 tsp Cold/Warm Milk-1/2 cup Directions: In a Bowl or Mug, add coffee powder, sugar, and hot water.  Whisk them to get a whipped cream consistency.
