Tasty Chocochips cookies (Eggless)

Ingredients:
- Butter: 1 cup (at room temperature)
- Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Caster Sugar (powdered): 1/2 cup
- Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp
- All-Purpose Flour (Maida): 2 1/4 cups
- Cornflour: 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda: 1 tsp
- Milk: 3-4 tbsp
- Choco Chips (or chopped chocolate chunks): 1 cup (or more, as desired)
Directions:
Prepare the Dough:
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, vanilla essence, and both sugars until soft and fluffy.
- Add the all-purpose flour, cornflour, and baking soda. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Gradually add milk and mix until a dough forms.
- Stir in the choco chips or chocolate chunks.
Baking:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of dough onto the tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on your desired texture.
- Once baked let it cool down in room temperature.
Tips:
- The dough should be neither too stiff nor too loose.
- For chewy cookies with a crunchy exterior, bake for slightly less time.
- For crunchy cookies, bake a bit longer or adjust according to your oven's temperature.
