Ingredients: Butter : 1 cup (at room temperature) Brown Sugar : 1/2 cup Caster Sugar (powdered): 1/2 cup Vanilla Essence : 1/2 tsp All-Purpose Flour (Maida) : 2 1/4 cups Cornflour : 1 tbsp Baking Soda : 1 tsp Milk : 3-4 tbsp Choco Chips (or chopped chocolate chunks): 1 cup (or more, as desired) Directions: Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, vanilla essence, and both sugars until soft and fluffy.
