Chicken roast
This dish gets me drooling even just thinking about it. 😏 Ingredients Chicken-1kg (small cut pcs) Pepper-1 tbs Turmeric-1tsp Garam Masala-3tsp Cardamom powder-1/2tsp Coriander powder-2tsp Lemon juice-1/2 tbs Salt- to taste Onions- 4 medium (sliced) Ginger-1tbs Garlic-1tbs Green chili-1 (chopped) Tomatoes-2 (chopped) Curry leaves-1 stem Coconut oil-2 tbs Directions: In a kadai, heat oil, sauté the onions till translucent. Add ginger, garlic and chilly. Sauté for few minutes. On low heat add turmeric,coriander, garam masala, cardamom, pepper and sauté. Then add the chopped tomatoes. Sauté for few minutes, cover with a lid and cook till tomatoes becomes mashed up. Now add chicken to this and coat it with masala. Transfer this to a pressure cooker and cook with just 2 tbs of water for one or two whistles. After cooking transfer this again to the kadai and keep stirring on high flame till the water is almost evaporated. To this add 1tbs coconu
