Cheesecake Without Cheese (Cheat Version)
Quick and Easy Microwave Cheesecake Recipe
I'm a huge fan of cheesecakes and have tried many versions. Until a friend introduced me to this incredible cheat recipe. Since then, I haven’t gone back to the original! It’s unbelievably simple, and you can whip it up in just 5 minutes.
If you’re here for a traditional cheesecake recipe, this might not be for you — but if you’re up for a quick and delicious treat, keep reading! 😁
Ingredients:
-
Yogurt - 400g
-
Sweet Condensed Milk - 400g
-
Biscuits(Any) - 1-2 packets
-
Butter - 1-2 tbsp
-
Topping - 1/2 cup (Optional)
Directions:
-
Prepare the Base: Crumble the biscuits using a food processor or by hand and transfer to a bowl.
-
Melt the butter and pour it over the biscuit crumbs. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
-
Mix the Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and condensed milk. Mix well until smooth.
-
Assemble: In a microwave-safe dish, spread the biscuit mixture evenly to form the base. Press down using a spoon or the underside of a glass.
-
Carefully pour the yogurt mixture over the biscuit base.
-
Microwave: Heat it for 2-5 minutes, checking frequently to ensure the top layer is set.
-
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
Tips:
-
You can adjust the quantity as needed, but ensure the yogurt and condensed milk remain in equal proportion.
-
Any type of biscuit works, though digestive biscuits (especially oatmeal ones) are my personal favorite.
-
Microwave settings may vary, so keep an eye on the cheesecake while it cooks. You want the top to set without overcooking.
-
While the cheesecake tastes great on its own, feel free to add your favorite topping. Blueberry or strawberry fillings, syrups, or fruit compotes all work wonderfully.
-
If you’re in a pinch, you can make a quick syrup by mixing a tablespoon of water with some strawberry jam and microwaving it for a minute until it reaches a syrupy consistency. Pour it over the cheesecake for an extra treat.
Enjoy your quick and delicious cheesecake!
