Add the chopped tomato, saute again. Now add the sambar powder, saute and add the chopped lady's finger, saute for a while. When you start to see the lady's finger/okra sticking to each other, add the besan powder. Keep stir-frying it till the raw taste is gone and cooked. Serve hot with rice or chapati. Tips: After you wash the lady's finger, wait till the water on it dry completely, to get it crisp  Just so you know, the twist in this recipe is adding sambar powder, I know it sounds weird, but it brings the taste to a whole new level.  Adding the besan powder not only gives a nutty flavor, but it also avoids the stickiness too.
